Dankens - President (view)
David has more than 25 years
of experience in the management
of residential and commercial
construction projects. His duties
include the management of large
and small projects. He has worked
for US-based real estate development firms as well as
Euro Disney in Paris, France.
He holds degrees from Bowdoin
College (BA, Economics) and Massachusetts
Institute of Technology (MS, Real

Richard Ryan -
General Manager (view)
Rick is a third-generation builder
with more than 40 years of experience
managing residential and commercial
projects. His specialties include
historic preservation, period
detail work and fast-track projects.
He directs the daily operations
and project logistics of the
company. He currently holds five
building licenses in the state
of Massachusetts.
Laurence
Nickerson -
Senior Project Director (view)
Larry is a second-generation
builder with over 25 years of
experience in residential construction.
His duties include the procurement
and management of projects. Larry
takes pride in keeping up with
the latest renovation trends,
building products and efficient
building methods. He holds a
Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Construction Supervisor's License.
John Gibson -
Estimator (view)
John is responsible for working
with the project managers to
develop budgets for the projects.
John brings to this task over
30 years of residential experience.
He also works on projects in
the construction phase to perform
value engineering and pricing
analyses.
